Dr. Salm graduated from UCLA Medical School in 1982. He then did a surgical internship and radiology residency at the UCLA School of Medicine. After joining the faculty at UC Irvine Medical School he finished a National Institute of Health fellowship. He then completed a Dermatology residency at UC Irvine and joined a specialty laser surgical group affiliated with the Beckman Laser Institute.

Dr. Salm then completed a cosmetic surgery residency that included a wide array of additional training in facial and body cosmetic surgery as well as skin cancer, liposuction, hair replacement and laser surgery. Dr. Benjamin Bradford is an expert facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Board-Certified in both Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. His surgical training included a fellowship sponsored by the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery at NYU, a residency in Otolaryngology at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He also received his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine.

Dr. Bradford has become well-known for providing his patients with long-lasting, natural appearing results with the shortest recovery times possible. Of note, his surgical approach to the face is the Deep Plane Facelift. In his hands this operation is almost entirely muscular and redefines the jaw line, neck and cheeks from underneath the surface.
